Best Moist Easy Chocolate Cake

Hershey's  Perfectly Chocolate cake

2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa 
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk (liquid)
1/2 cup vegetable oil 
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
1 cup boiling water

Combine and sift all dry ingredients. Whisk together. set aside.

In a mixer, beat the eggs until frothy and thick (2minutes) , add milk, oil, vanilla extract and mix just until combined. Mix in the dry ingredients. Be careful not to overbeat. This will just take a minute . Carefully add the boiling water and mix again for another 1 minutes.
pour unto lined pans
bake at preheated oven at 350F
cupcakes take 15 minutes
cakes take about 20 to 40 minutes depending on size

tips:
if using evap milk, use 1/2cup evap milk and 1/2 cup water
if you want a smoother texture, use cake flour
if you want a denser cake, use just about 1/2 cup boiling water
*you can add 1/2 tsp instant coffee for fuller taste
