Sponge Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

4 large egss
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
2 cups Cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Beat the eggs for 4 minutes. Add the sugar and mix well until fluffy.Add the vanilla.
measure and sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the egg mixture on low speed until just combined. Heat butter and milk together. careful not to boil, just warm to the touch.. add to the mixture until combined. pour into prepared pan with baking paper and bake at 325-350F for 30min
