It has been a year since I started my cake business and I am making a collage of some of the cakes that I made this past year. It maybe not much but I was overwhelmed by the response to my cakes. I have made some clients into friends and oh dear, I thank them for being loyal.
I never went to any cake decorating class be it fondant, basic cakes or gumpaste or figure molding. All my cake projects were product of non stop learning and experimenting. I thank the Lord God Almighty for this hidden talent that came forward in my 36th year of existence. A lot were surprised that I ventured into pastries but I proved to them that nothing is impossible when one is passionate.
