PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For FONDANT CAKES please allow us 5 days lead time, specially for customized and/or personalized cakes, a longer time is required to get the design you really want. No confirmation no downpayment no cake.

2. For Icing Cakes please please confirm your order at least 2 days before the event.
3. At JNYJ Cakes, we accept online transaction. (FACEBOOK, YM, TWITTER).
For international orders please confirm your orders at least 3-5 days. Payment can be made through a relative or through money transfer.

4. A 50% downpayment is required to reserve your order. The balance should be paid in full upon pick-up or delivery.

5. For any RESCHEDULE or CANCELLATION, please give us notice of 3 days before the event. A one (1) day notice will not be considered and the customer have to pay for the progress of the work done.

6. FONDANT cakes should never be refrigerated and should be consumed within 3 days.

7. JNYJ Cakes are homemade baked fresh with no preservatives. We do not have big chillers to stock up old cakes.

8. RUSH orders can be accommodated upon availability. Only simple designs will be accepted.

9. Free delivery within the vicinity of Solano and Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. (centro areas only, additional fee for far flung barangays). Corresponding fee shall be applied for other areas.

10. ALL information must be clear. For international orders, please provide contact person, address and phone/mobile number of a relative.

11. Cake stand and Cupcake stand shall be provided free of charge as long as it is returned in good condition. A deposit is required for expensive cake stands.

12. Discounts are provided for bulk orders.

Prices may change without prior notice and prices may vary depending on the complexity of the design and if it includes modeled figures or 3D figures.
